By using the Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING

SEMAC, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on the Sites. While using the Sites, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (the “Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card details, and other data collected by the Sites such as your computer’s internet protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages on the Sites you visited along with time and date, and other statistics.

This information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party organization except for SEMAC’s vendors, suppliers, and other partners as needed in the marketing, sale, delivery, and support of products and services offered to you or requested or purchased by you. This privacy policy does not apply to information about you obtained from other sources than the Sites. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We may share aggregated demographic information, which is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person, with our vendors, suppliers, and other partners. If a third party is used to ship orders to you, to process credit card transactions for goods and services supplied to you, or to provide other services requested by you, your Personal Information will be shared as necessary for the third party to perform these tasks.

In order to use some features of the Sites, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products and services in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

SURVEYS & CONTESTS

When information is requested via surveys or contests, participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose what information to disclose in these surveys or contests. Information requested may include contact details (such as name and shipping address) and demographic characteristics (such as zip code, age). Contact information may be used to notify winners and award prizes of contests. Survey information may be used to improve the Sites or the products or services we supply.

LINKS

The Sites contain links to other third party web sites. Be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these other sites. Our users are encouraged to be aware when they leave the Sites and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

SECURITY

The following precautions are taken to protect your information. Sensitive information (such as credit card data) is protected online through encryption and secure transmittal. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of a web page. Your information is protected offline in that only employees who need the information to perform a specific task (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computer servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We may use "cookies" on the Sites. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's computer to help improve your access to the Sites and identify repeat visitors to the Sites. For instance, when a cookie is used to identify you, it may help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Sites. A cookie may also convey information about how you use the Sites (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take on the Service), and allow us or our third party partners to track your usage of the Sites over time. Some of our third party partners may use cookies on the Sites (for example, advertisers) which we have no access to or control over.
